How do I place an order?
There are several ways to place an order:
(1)On-line credit card orders:
This is the fastest and easiest way to order. Just make your card or gift box selections using the on-line shopping cart. Use American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover safely with our secure ecommerce technology.
(2)Phone and Email orders:
You may place an order by phone or email. Please order by card number and/or gift box number. We will calculate the total, plus shipping, for you. You may pay by credit card, check, or money order. Your order will be shipped once payment is received. If paying by check or money order, please mail payment to 219 Lariat Rd., San Antonio, Texas 78232. For phone orders call 210-408-0770. Do you accept international orders?
International orders must be placed through email. Our shopping cart does not currently accept international orders. We accept International Money Orders. Once your email order is received we will email the total (including shipping) to you. We will ship your order upon receipt of payment.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Yes! Coverstone Cards uses "secure socket layer" (SSL) software which is the best software available for secure e-commerce business. Your personal information, including your credit card number, is encrypted when being sent across the internet to our server. This means the letters and numbers you enter are scrambled, thus making it impossible for anyone to intercept your personal information. So please be assured your order is safe and secure when shopping on-line at this site.

What size are the cards?
The size of all cards is 5 inches by 7 inches.
What color are the cards?
All cards are white with a thin gray line around the photo window. Each card comes with a matching envelope.
What does a card look like?
All cards are made of white recylced cardstock with matching envelope. There is a thin gray line around the photo window on all cards. The folded card measures 5 x 7 inches. The photo is 4 x 6 inches with a matte finish.
Printed on the back of the card is: Coverstone Cards, photo name and number, copyright/year, photographer's name, web address and San Antonio, Texas.

How are the cards packaged?
Each single card (with envelope) is placed in a protective cellophane-like bag. Cards purchased in gift boxes are not placed in bags.
What does the gift box look like?
The gift box has a white cardboard bottom and clear view-top lid.
Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum.

Orders from $1 to $100: Priority Mail $4.75
Orders from $100 to $200: Priority Mail $6
Orders from $200 to $300: Priority Mail $8
Orders from over $300: Priority Mail $9
Note: International and wholesale orders will be notified of shipping fees during the ordering process.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail for 2 to 3 day delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within five days. Add 2 to 3 days for Priority Mail and it will take approximately one week for you to receive your order.

Can I return my cards for exchange, replacement or refund?
Yes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an item for refund, exchange or replacement (if damaged from shipping) within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by copy of the invoice. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the invoice, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return and whether you want an exchange, refund or replacement. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order with a credit card your refund will appear on your billing statement. If you paid by check or money order your refund will be in the form of a check from Coverstone Cards.
What is your privacy policy?
Coverstone Cards respects and honors your privacy. Information received for retail purposes will never be shared. Customers who provide personal information, like email addresses may receive information about new products from Coverstone Cards. If the customer wishes to be removed from such a mailing list, please notify Coverstone Cards by email. Your name will be promptly removed.
Do you have a customer guarantee?
Coverstone Cards wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are committed to quality and service. We offer a 30-day money back quarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return the product within 30 days and receive an exchange, replacement or a full refund. If you paid for your order with a credit card a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. If you paid with a check or money order, your refund will be in the form of a check from Coverstone Cards. (Shipping charges not included.) All transactions will be safe and private. No information will be shared.
